I have always admired those awesome fantasy paintings with castles and towers, and so i wanted to try painting some of my own. And while experimenting i painted also some land, sky and water.
The moon is a brush from Adobe Exchange Studio, and as a reference pic for the base of the sky i used a pic from SXC. I think the water came out pretty well, i followed some very good tut, since i've never done a water of my own before. The awesome, dreamy and mystical digital art style and work of my dear friend AMY aka dualdesigns [link] gave me a lot of inspiration for the mood and coloring.
